I've discovered I very much like photo editing. ;) You look at a photo and think it looks great, once you edit

it and go back it looks blah. So, I'll strive to be a good blogger and give you better photos. ;)

I planted some Forget-Me-Nots that a friend gave me (hey!!) and they actually sprouted! Whoo! It's funny,

because a few years ago I tried planting some in a pot and when it rained..well..it turned into a big mud

bucket. ;) I'm having a little but more luck this time, perhaps my thumb is turning a little greener. :) I also planted

some orange day-lilies that I got from a plant sale. I planted them all by the mailbox, so far so good! :)

Paper beads. My new addiction. If you want to call it that..they are super fun to make and super cheap. I

glazed five necklaces yesterday making them all hard and shiny. Today I put them all together and finished

them all up. I'm super happy with the turnout!

Do you like photo editing?

Have you ever planted flowers?

  4. Hey Sarah, for the giveaway on my blog, you submitted that you answered my poll, but I couldn't see your answers. I'm sure it was just a fluke with the poll not saving your answers. Do you think you could go over and and answer the poll for me? I'm sorry about this, but thank you for understanding!

    1. haha, oh, I know. ;) Are you stuck? haha! I saved up for mine for a while, I first bought a camera that took pretty good photos used, and after I got my new camera I realized how horrible my photos really were. ;) They've improved greatly since then! :D

  7. I love planting flowers! In fact, I just took a bunch of pictures of my container garden to share on my movies-and-life blog soon. I've had that mud-bucket problem happen before too, though. A hard rain right after you plant can just ruin everything!

    1. It's so fun to watch things grow! Yes, I was quite disappointed. But this year my friend gave me a packet of the very same flowers and I decided to plant them outside this time. It actually worked, much to my surprise. ;)

    1. Thanks, Hannah! hmm...when you are trying to focus on an object try moving away and focus on another object farther away. Then move back to the object you want to take the photo on. Sometimes that will work because it refreshes it. Also, try macro. But for farther away objects try pressing down your shutter button a few times before you actually take the photo, that often refocuses it. Maybe we can help each other more next time we see each other. ;)

I was asking because I thought they were really pretty, and if they were for sale, I would consider buying some either for myself or for a gift! ;)
