- thank the person who nominated you (*waves*, THANKS KATIE!
- answer the 6 original text-themed questions
- add a typography/word related question of your own for those you tagged to answer
- tag 6+ bloggers and let them know
- include these rules in your post

(1) - what is your favorite letter of the alphabet?
Well, not X. And not W. (I was pondering the letter W a while ago and found it too odd for my taste). I would have to say T. It's just very interesting.

(2) - three words that you love
sob
float
chocolate

(3) - what are three words that you hate?
...algebra. I think that fills all three words of hate. *ahem*

(4) - if you were to create a word, what would it be?
Abasha
/abaSHA/

1. supressed laughter; forced silence
(when you are told not to laugh and feel like laughing for no reason)

(5) - what are your three favorite punctuation marks?
Italic. Or parenthesis. Both the perfect way to bug you guys with thoughts without it being confusing. hahahaaaa

(6) - what are your three favorite fonts?
For web design, I'm ALL out on the fonts. *scrambles over to find names*

Katie's question: What is one word that makes you laugh?
'wassup'
because whenever someone asks me that I like to reply "the sky."
...until it gets cheesy and they throw a book at me.

to those who love words and:

P.S. we set up our pool and had a bonfire. it's summer.

what makes summer 'official' for you?
what is your favorite word?

    1. S'mores are the best. We've made them inside by our woodstove before too. ;)

ugh. Doesn't that always happen? I always forget stuff like that. ;)

AWESOMEEEE!!! I'm almost done. YAY. Can you believe it, summer is here?! Summer reading started yesterday. AH. XD

  5. I love seeing this tag pop up around the internet! Such fun. :D

ABASHA. xD I love that word. Abasha often happens in my home when laughter is prohibited. It's just like "YOU MAY NOT LAUGH" and then people laugh. :P Seriously though, this needs to become a thing. (Just like Katie's HABUKAAAA. xD)

FONTSSSSS. I love them so much oh my goodness. <3 <3 <3 Lettering and text are just SO FUN to play around with! Bromello is one of my favorite fonts, as well. :)

Ooh, and I love the pictures of the s'mores. My theory is that the person who created said delicious delight purposely named it s'mores because we want some more. (Get it? S'more? Ahaha never mind I'm being weird.)

    1. Isn't it funny how a wave of tags will just go around the blog world? ;)

It's like when a sibling gets upset and you give them a serious look and say "don't laugh" and then they burst out laughing. XD Katie's HABUKAA is perfection. :D

oh, yup. I just recently discovered how you load them on to picmonkey. GENIUS. XD

I wonder who created s'mores..*googles* no one knows for sure..but it is thought that this lady made some for her girl scouts and they named them "some mores." ;)

  6. This was fun to read, Sarah! XD oh, I absolutely love that word – abasha. Yep, I get abasha rather frequently!
For me, the way summer is 'official' is when I hear lawnmowers growl to life outside. X) Also, grill-cooked burgers. :D

    1. Thanks, Ember! hahaa, especially when you are watching a movie and people shush you but you just have to laugh. ;)
oh, yeahh. The lawnmower has been growling a lot over here. ;) GREEN GRASS. I just love green. XD

    1. Well, I have heard people ask why it's called "double u" when really it's "double v" but really, it depends on your font. But it just sounds weird to me. ;)
      Thanks so much, Hannah! <3

    2. Yeah. Well it is a double v..... now I ma curious on the history of the name

    3. Well, in THIS font it is. lol. It's different I suppose. I was just wondering WHY they didn't come up with another name for it. ;)

  9. Those pictures are SOOOOO GOOD AND DETAILED. Seriously, beautiful. Gosh, I want a camera. ;) Would the DSLR be a good beginner's camera?

This post was fun! You did a good job on the text tag! I say that wholeheartedly. :) I mean, you actually CAME UP with a new word! I like it, by the way!

    1. THANK YOU SO MUCH. XD Well, it really depends on if you are willing to spend the time to learn about the settings. There are three main settings that you have to learn to get a good pic: ISO, Aperture and Shutter Speed. If you look those up in a couple of library books and learn a bit about them-or even watch some videos online you'd be able to learn pretty quickly. Or you can just start with Auto settings and work your way up to Manual. But yes, I totally recommend it if you are willing to learn. It's an awesomee camera. :D

Thanks, Micaiah! hahaa, well, I think writers spend a lot of time thinking of random things when they SHOULD be writing. You write, right?? :D

    2. You're very welcome! All right, thank you for the info! I want to get a camera somewhat soon, so I'll have to start looking into it! I'll keep the DSLR in mind!!!

I do write, yes! I'm currently writing a historical adventure novel set in the Civil War. I've, um, barely started. But hey, I've been trying! ;)

    3. Let me know what you choose! :D

That sounds really cool! KEEP AT IT. I'd like to read it someday. ;)

      Delete
    4. I will!

Oh, well, thanks! I WILL KEEP AT IT. ;) Hehe...you can totally read it when I finish it! That gives me more incentive to finish, so...

    5. oh, awesome! :D Will you be doing beta readers do you think?? :D How many words do you have now?

      Delete
    6. I guess I'd do beta readers. Or, just friends who want to read my book and give me advice on it. ;) I would totally like to have you read it! *cough* I have barely started it. I mean, I keep rewriting the beginning. BUT I am planning to do CampNaNoWriMo next month for the FIRST TIME EVER. SO that should definitely give me a boost of a word count. ;) Will you be doing CampNaNo too? If so, we should totally join cabins! (My username is: MicaiahRKeo)

  12. Okay, but that "What word always makes you laugh?", I busted out laughing, because I remembered my younger sister laughing, so hard, for so long, over me saying "bezonkerous". I was just being emphatically weird, but it became a word for us because she loved it so much, hahaha!

    1. Where did "bezonkerous" come from?!!? lol!! I think the best words come from real-life things. They make them so much more memorable. ;)
