^^ ARE THEY JUST NOT SO CUTE I MEAN LOOK AT THAT ADORABLE COVERED WAGON

But seriously. I just suggested how cool it would be to make it into a covered wagon because I remember making one that didn't move when I was little..(WE DIDN"T HAVE A WAGON AT THE TIME, 'KAY? improvisation people) anyways, they picked up on it and are now pulling one another around in it. SO CUTE.

Julia and I like swapping our books in progress with each other every once in a while. Okay, so I forced *ahem* I mean, asked, Julia to catch up on my book.

When you have Julia beta read for you:
// *Julia starts mocking in high pitched country accent until I slap her shoulder and threaten to take it away*
// Random “tsk, tsk, tsks” throughout the whole book while she randomly scribbles down notes for me LIKE SERIOUSLY STOP IT
// "I DON"T WANT TO DO THIS ANYMORE" is often randomly proclaimed

*cue sobbing from me* "YOU HATE MY BOOK"

random Julia notes:
“EWW BLOODSHOT EYES.”
 “GAH. He is so GAH”
“why is this kid yelling?”
“HE’S FINALLY DEAD. #totally dude” << yes, she used multiple hashtags. like..??

did you ever make a covered wagon as a kid?
have you ever had a sibling or parent read your writing?

    1. I told her and she just smiled. xD

lol. It's hilarious--and rather annoying at times. I think the most annoying part is how she starts reading it aloud in this weird voice. GAH.

  5. AWHH THAT PICTURE OF YOUR SISTER. SO CUTE. <3 <3 <3 It warms my heart.

omg I do not know if I would be brave enough to let my sister or parent read my writing. Well, maybe not my sister as much. BUT IT WOULD BE SO TERRIFYING TO LET MY MOM READ IT. But she asks all the time. It pains me. Someday, someday... when I gain enough confidence. xD

    1. ISN'T SHE JUST SO FUNNY? seriously tho. I probably have a couple hundred pictures of her like that on my camera. xD

yeahhhh. I know what you mean. With my parents, I'd have to get my grammar and everything to perfection first just because it makes me feel better. Though, my mom always spots and out of place comma. lolol. Julia and I like to swap writing and I also have a writing buddy I swap with. aw, come on. Just give her a couple chapters--YOU GET TOTAL STRANGERS READ IT FOR YOR BETA READING. *grin* I actually can't wait for my mom to read it--I just want to get it really great first. xD

I almost never let people read my WIP's... which after reading this, it sounds like a good idea. :P

    1. If you do let someone read it--pick an honest sibling or parent and make them take notes while reading it. notes are really great because no one can REMEMBER every feeling. I got a couple pages of notes from Julia. ;)

    1. Covered wagons were just SO cool as a kid--I remember that, and making dandelion salads--just don't lick your fingers after. ew. (dandelions taste like lady bugs).

  10. Awww, your sister and brother are so cute with their little covered wagon! <3 That is an idea I will have to remember - it's adorable.

Haha. xD I hate letting people (ESPECIALLY MY FAMILY) read my work. You're so brave (compared to me, anyway) for doing that. :P Also, how many words is your novel-in-progress at?

    1. Well, when someone reads my book I often have to flee from the room. I can't stand to see people read it--either they have weird expressions or NO EXPRESSIONS. gah. xD Currently, my novel-in-progress is at 36k--which I need to start cranking the words up again. :P I'm going to be starting it up again in a few days actually with my daily ritual so here we go. I'm really excited to get back into it actually. xD
