december 26.
I don't have a lot to say, but perhaps these pictures alone will speak a few words for you. 2018 was a beautiful Christmas and I hope yours was a wonderful one as well!!
i can't believe 2018 is almost over like wooooww what even?? I went through my last journal to the last day of december 2017, and there I was wondering what 2018 would hold for me just as I'm now wondering what 2019 has in store.

reading my thoughts for what I wanted 2018 to be was actually very enlightening and eye opening...and honestly, shocking. I'd reached almost all the self goals I'd scribbled down for myself and really saw a change in myself that I was realizing already, but hadn't yet fully comprehended.
on Christmas eve I went through my entire journal and planner and wrote down highlights and thoughts of 2018. I filled 10 pages.
last year my last words in my new years journal entry were "be brave. be bold." and when I wrote that, I can't say I fully know what that meant, but that I know it now. and man, it is amazing.

I want to do a whole post on this later, for for now, I'd just like to say that journaling so much and going through past memories is something I think everyone should do, especially at the end of a year. you may not always see how far you've come until you look back and see for yourself.
2018 was a year of growing for me, and I can already tell 2019 is going to be a year of change. praying for all of you as we soon enter this new year xxxxxxxx

  10. Oh my goodness, I love these photos! And I wholeheartedly agree about keeping a journal so you can look back. I do the same thing around the end of the year, reflecting on the past and looking forward. That's so awesome that you were able to meet your goals! I hope you have a wonderful 2019. :)
